Pamplona Convention Bureau is an entity that works on the promotion of Pamplona and Navarre as venues for congresses, conventions and incentive travel events. The Pamplona Congress Office provides comprehensive and specialised consultancy to facilitate arrangements for anyone wishing to organise a meeting/congress in Navarre, whether it be of a corporate, professional, cultural or scientific nature.

It is promoted by the Government of Navarre, Pamplona City Council, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Navarre, AEHN, Caja Navarra, the Universidad Pública de Navarra, the Universidad de Navarra and Baluarte.

Pamplona Convention Bureau offers the following services free of charge:

  • Comprehensive advice on the organisation of congresses (selection of the right venue, facilitating contacts with companies in Navarre that provide congress services...).
  • Help in the presentation of candidatures for congresses.
  • Collaboration in inspection visits.
  • Advice on the preparation of a leisure programme for congress attendees and people accompanying them, providing tourist and other information on Pamplona and Navarre.

Pamplona Convention Bureau operates in two different directions: 1) congress promoters and organisers and 2) people attending congresses.

It offers, free of charge, technical assistance to congress promoters and organisers who choose Pamplona as the venue for their congress(es), helping them to present their candidature. This is done two (or more) years in advance if it is a case of a large-scale event.

To do this, it offers presentation tools for the destination with the aim of generating an attractive and interesting context. Among these instruments is a Congress Manual and a CD Card presenting the attractions of Pamplona and Navarre, plus information on hotels, congress venues and other companies that provide congress-related services (in Spanish and in English).
